Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): estimated 2 – 3 working days from dispatch.

UK Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): estimated 1 – 2 working days from dispatch.

Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £65 (unless stated otherwise).

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
During peak periods (e.g. sales or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging

Your order will be securely packed to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.

Delays and Issues

While Royal Mail aims to deliver within the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier demand, strikes, or adverse weather.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@aunfragrances.com.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as mistakes may cause delays or failed deliveries.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
