Return Policy

At AUN Fragrances, we take pride in the quality of our perfumes and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Standard Returns

• You may return your order within 3 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Light testing (1–2 sprays) is permitted, but bottles showing further use cannot be refunded.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return.
• If an item was purchased with a discount or promotion, the refund will reflect the price paid.
• We do not currently offer exchanges.

Damaged or Faulty Products

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@aunfragrances.com. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted. We may request photos of the item and packaging.
• Once the product is returned, we will assess it, at our reasonable discretion, to confirm whether it was damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Verified cases will be refunded or replaced accordingly.
• Please do not dispose of the product or its packaging before contacting us, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

• To start your return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@aunfragrances.com.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked courier service, as AUN Fragrances cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Please check your return tracking to confirm delivery to us, and provide a copy of the receipt if requested.
