Shipping Policy

At AUN Fragrances, we aim to ensure that every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Options & Times

We offer the following UK delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch.

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available on orders over £60, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will generally be processed from the following Monday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, including promotional sales and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use this information to monitor your parcel's progress through Royal Mail.

Packaging

Every AUN Fragrances order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to help ensure your fragrance arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Delays & Missing Parcels

Although we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather, increased demand or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@aunfragrances.com with your order number so our team can investigate.

Important Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

  • We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • If you need to amend your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
