These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from AUN Fragrances Limited (“AUN Fragrances”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through our website, www.aunfragrances.com (“the Site”).

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order, including your contact details, billing information and delivery address.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1. Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to purchase and do not represent a binding offer.

3.2. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

3.3. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and issue a dispatch confirmation.

3.4. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, payment cannot be authorised or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.5. Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.

4.2. Fragrance Disclaimer: Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary between individuals. Scent descriptions, fragrance notes, intensity and longevity are provided as guidance and may differ depending on skin chemistry, environment and personal perception.

4.3. Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to amend product prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4.5. Pricing Errors: Where an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout, which may include debit or credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and other supported payment services.

5.2. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout infrastructure and relevant payment providers.

5.3. Payment may be authorised or collected when an order is placed, depending on the payment method and our checkout configuration.

5.4. Orders will not be dispatched until the required payment has been successfully authorised or received.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery options, estimated timeframes and applicable charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

6.2. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6.3. We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing timeframe. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6.4. If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist.

6.5. Responsibility for the products generally passes to you when they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you have nominated to receive them.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1. If you wish to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aunfragrances.com.

7.2. We cannot guarantee that an order can be amended or cancelled once processing has begun.

7.3. For eligible online purchases, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their cancellation rights, followed by a further 14 days to return the products.

7.4. Fragrances should be returned unused, unopened, unsprayed, untampered with and in their original packaging.

8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

8.1. All returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8.2. For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we cannot resell previously used fragrances.

8.3. Returned products may be inspected for signs of use, spraying, tampering or damage. We reserve the right to assess any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

8.4. We do not offer voluntary exchanges or refunds solely because a fragrance does not suit your personal preference.

8.5. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@aunfragrances.com, preferably within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and details of the issue.

8.6. Faulty or misdescribed products will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Liability

9.1. We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

9.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9.3. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from purchases made by consumers for personal use.
